Feelings Won’t Fuel Your Faith
“And God is able to make all grace about to you, so that having all-sufficiency, in all things, at all times, you may abound in every good work.” (2 Corinthians 9:8)
Are you still waiting to “feel” something before taking that step?
If you know what you’re supposed to do and it is aligned with God’s will, but you keep copping out, then the truth is that you won’t ever reap the benefits of obeying by faith if you don’t take that step.
Yes, it can be terrifying when 99% of the situation is outside your control. But the whole point of faith is counting on God to be your strength, rather than trusting in yourself.
So perhaps it is time to silence your doubts, and let God’s voice lead you. Besides, that’s the only way you can be God’s light to the people around you.
